Empty Mondays

I can't believe that I actually have nothing to do today! All year we have had jam-packed schedules of things to do, and now, nothing on Monday's. All we have is Rachels writing class. I used to have basketball on Monday nights, but not since the season ended.... Speaking of which, I went to my basketball banquet two moons ago. It was very nice, they had a slideshow of pictures that all the moms had taken during the year. We also had a lovely catered dinner (I do wonder where it was from....) containing: fried chicken, spaghetti, scalloped potatoes, green beans, and rolls. We also arrived early and watched the game on a huge screen TV. I don't know exactly how big it was, but it was pretty big!! During halftime, the whole Nighthawk clan went to the basketball courts to play knockout. All of the girls whooped the guys. Teehee! Anway, it was fun. We also got a red Nighthawk shirt instead of a trophy. Signing Out - sourpatch

Oklahoma / 3-14-08

Right now, for those at home, we have won all of our games. Yesterday's game was close until the end when we slowly started breaking away in score. Today, we are playing in the championship game against a really strong team. They are all tall, fast, and can shoot. If we have good defense, as well as offense, we can win. (P.S. We didn't play MHEA; they were beat by the team we are playing today....) pb (post back), sourpatch
